A warming oil that improves circulation, moves lymphatic fluid, opens the sinuses, improves mental clarity and disinfects.
Best ways to use Rosemary essential oil:
- Direct Palm / Nasal Inhaler: Place a drop of oil in the palm of your hand, gently rub the hands together, cup your hands around your nose and take a deep breath in through the nose. You can also add several drops to nasal inhaler and breathe in throughout the day. You can repeat multiple times though out the day.
- Diffuser: Rosemary is great to add to a diffuser to improve mental clarity (add lemon), to disinfect (add forest pine) or open sinuses (add eucalyptus)
- Add a few drops along with peppermint, lavender and citronella to a base of water to a spray bottle for a bug repellent.
- Mix in a base of jojoba and argan and use as a hair oil to promote circulation and hair growth (add atlas cedar and peppermint)

Fun facts: Rosemary was one of the first essential oils to be distilled in the year 1330. In the middle ages it was burned to fumigate sick rooms.
Cautions: Considered non-toxic, non-irritant and non-sensitizing when diluted appropriately. Do not apply rosemary undiluted on skin. Use with caution in cases of high blood pressure.
