Essential Oil - Neroli Bigarade 10%

This oil is one of our favorite oils to lift the mood and to calm a grieving heart.  It is also a balancing oil that is known to relieve menstrual discomfort. This is a 10% dilution in a base of fractionated coconut oil.

Best ways to use Neroli essential oil:

• Direct Palm / Nasal Inhaler: Place a drop of oil in the palm of your hand, gently rub the hands together, cup your hands around your nose and take a deep breath in through the nose. You can also add several drops to nasal inhaler and breathe in throughout the day. You can repeat multiple times though out the day.
• Diffuser: Neroli is great to add to a diffuser to lift the spirits (add clary sage and jasmine)
• For a relaxing massage oil blend with ylang ylang, rose and vanilla.
• Mix with a carrier oil and clary sage on abdomen to relive menstrual discomfort. 

 Other oils it blends well with:

Chamomile, clary sage, bergamot, jasmine, lavender, lemon, lime, mandarin, rose, rose geranium

Fun facts: Neroli was named in 1860 after princess of Nerola, Italy who perfumed her gloves, stationary and shawls with the oil.
