This warming oil can be applied topically in extremely low dilution, reduce fatigue, strain to overworked bodies or pain. It is also a disinfectant can repel insects.
Best ways to use Clove Essential Oil:
- Nasal Inhaler: You can add several drops to nasal inhaler and breath in throughout the day. You can repeat multiple times though out the day. This use is great for reducing fatigue, need a little extra stimulation or need to feel warmer on a cold damp day (for fatigue blend with sweet orange). Breathe in daily to increase appetite.
- Diffuser: Clove is a great fumigant to protect household during illness (great to combine with cinnamon, eucalyptus and lemon). (It is also great to mix with black spruce and pine or cinnamon, ginger and vanilla during the holidays).
- With care you can apply to a painful area such as an infected tooth to numb the location
